Open xlsx during program execution

I wrote a simple program in Visual Basic 2005 which creates a simple xlsx file.
My problem is that Excel doesn't recognize the file until I close my program. After I have closed my program, the created file is perfectly readable.
What can I do to open the file in Excel, during the execution of my program?

VB.NET does not have the "using" keyword which automatically calls Dispose() for you when the varible goes out of scope. So you will need to call Dispose() on the package and that will release the handle.

VB.NET has Using keyword and it works the same.
